Fellowes After-Sales Support

We will need the following details from you:

  1. 1. Type of Fellowes product and model number.
  2. 2. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  3. 3. Serial Number (this can be found on the white barcode label, located just under the barcode ‘sticks’, and consists of 6 numbers, 2 letters, and a further 7 numbers).
  4. 4. Your name, email address, telephone number, and the address at which the product is located.
  5. 5. Details of the issue, and a little detail of anything you have done to try and resolve things.
